Outline the conclusions of the evaluation panel and the analysis of the Auditor General in relation to this process. 3. Based on the RFP evaluation criteria (p35 10.3.1), discuss how valuable they can be to achieve the successful outcome. Would the open indication of the % of weightings help to promote a better evaluation process? Develop an evaluation plan of your own deliberation and promote the plan as an alternative for the NBN. 4.
