Self-Assessment Paper

This Self-Assessment paper is due in Unit 4. Your assignment is to assess and describe yourself based upon the self-assessment exercises (which are organizational behavior concepts and theories) completed during Units 1-3. In your paper, (1) discuss the results (i.e., list or report the total score, the actual number you earned) of each inventory, (2) describe the interpretation of the score(s), and (3) the implications these results/findings may have on you as a member of an organization or your employer. Then choose three organizational behavior assessments that you have completed. Discuss that assessment and your specific score in relation to a Christian worldview.(Author is not a Christian) Does that organizational behavior concept line up with a Christian worldview? If so, how? If it does not, why not?
