Gathering all of data from the world bank. The equation I have come up with to measure countries who have ratified the Paris Agreement’s willingness to abate is:
Willingness to Abate = B1 GDP per capita + B2 % of total population living in areas where elevation is below 5 meters + B3 urban land area where elevation is below 5 meters + B4 Droughts, floods, extreme temperatures + B5 Educational attainment, at least completed lower secondary, population 25+ (total)

considering adding Adjusted savings: mineral depletion (% of GNI) as well as adjusted savings: carbon dioxide damage (% of GNI) to the equation.

Considering there are 169 countries who have ratified the agreement
