Consider the existing policies related to the care of persons with mental illness. If you could develop and implement one new policy that would help persons with mental illness, what would it be? One of the fundamental difficulties with managing projects successfully is the need to allocate roles and responsibilities at the beginning of a project in a way that is accurate and appropriate, enduring but adaptable and flexible. This allocation of roles and responsibilities has to survive in an environment where there is a high level of uncertainty about the scope and means of delivery of the project. Critically discuss this statement.
3: The GLOBE

The GLOBE study built on another study conducted by Geert Hofstede, one of the most comprehensive studies of how values in the workplace are influenced by culture. In Hofstede’s study, he describes and measures 6 cultural dimensions – some of which were also used in the GLOBE study : Power Distance, Individualism, Masculinity, Uncertainty Avoidance, Long Term Orientation and Indulgence.
