2: Asian identity, ideology and nationalism Essay

Order Description

1st topic: How military values contributed to Japanese nationalism in the years between the 1930s and 1945 and how Japanese nationalism changed in the years after World War II when expressions of overt militarism in Japan were prevented by the Postwar Constitution. (Some scholars believe that Japanese nationalism was demilitarised after 1945; others think there is a residual militarism. What evidence do scholars writing on the topic in English give for their claims?) This part needs 2000 words.

2nd topic: Discuss the similarities between 21st century Vietnam and China before economic boom era. How economic value contributed to Chinese/Vietnam nationalism and their sense of identity. This part needs 3000 words.
