Find a case study of a child/adolescent with Schizophrenia and write an 8 page paper examining the case and disorder. Your paper should explain the case, and using the literature, comment on it. Discuss:
– the disorder including prevelence and other statistics
– diagnosis and assessment- how your case was diagnosed as well as any additional considerations that could have been included
– interventions that were administered in your case study. Then provide alterative interventions (especially evidence-based interventions)
– prognosis, long-term impacts, other important considerations (for parents, teachers, psychologists, etc.)
(Use case study as a critical comparison to disorder; using general research format to make a critical critique of case study – how they diagnosed it and what would have been done to do better (based on research, not what you think – don’t use I think) what you think based on what research shows)

Discuss one author from the list below that you believe had the most significant influence on American literary history. Please be sure to maintain third person perspective.
The essay should be formatted using MLA style, be written in the third person and be in Times New Roman font with 12-point type with one-inch margins. Do not use both first person (I, we, our, etc.) and second person (you, your). Must be written in third person. Please use only scholarly, or peer-reviewed sources. All sources should be properly cited both in the text and on a works cited page.
You will need a strong, debatable, and singular focused thesis (last sentence of the introduction). The thesis should not be a fact, a quote, or a question. It is your position on the topic. The thesis must encapsulate the main claim and then support that with specific textual references from the author’s writing. Very limited critical analysis from outside works should be used.
The reader already knows the story; offer him a new perspective based on your observations and opinions. Since the reader is familiar with the story, summary is unnecessary. Rather than tell him what happened, tell him what specific portions of the story support your thesis.
