Your first patient has a cardiovascular problem. Use the cardiovascular medical word elements to develop at least 10 medical terms that would be appropriate for use in evaluating a cardiovascular complaint. Make sure you list at least 3 tests and 3 procedures having to do with your patient’s condition.

Your second patient presents a problem of the skin. This time, use the integumentary medical word elements come up with at least 10 terms that relate to your patient’s disorder. Describe 3 tests and 3 procedures that might be helpful to gather information.

Written in 3rd person past tense (including procedures for all 3 ions), all Tables numbered/titled, all Figures numbered/titled and label all data points (you may hand write this info on your micro lab figures), use correct significant figures, units & any RAD data, show any equation used only 1 time with only 1 example (do not show multiple examples of any calculations), have a well thought out discussion of your specific ion results & how they compare to other student data (section/course) including trends observed, briefly discuss any observed trend for the other ions data, your Conclusion Statement will be a short summary statement regarding final results/conclusion for your specific ion relevant to standards calibration curve and average water sample data (yours and class/section) with RAD.

-References: In your formal lab report you need to have five (5) sources of reference. Include your lab manual, and it’s up to you to find 4 other sources to use.
