• The individual report should propose a CSR strategy for the company “National Grid”. You are required to critically discuss strengths and weaknesses of National Grid’s existing CSR policy AND use concepts from CSR theories to support your recommendation of changes in such policy. However, you need to make sure that your CSR strategy addresses environmental, social and ethical issues in a balanced fashion.

Similarly when you recommend a strategy, you need to show awareness of weaknesses of such strategy mentioned in the literature. So, to take into account critics, you add environment to Carrol’s pyramid and recommend it only in developed countries.)
