*You can mention about 3 different issue in private sector shortly such as parental choice, state via private schooling and disadvantage of going to private schooling sociologically..

MAIN BODY
*You can explain that 3 issues broadly in main body with using critical thinking

* you have to read that resource Walford, 2012 where this quotation (question quotation) come from and the around pages which is about the private education.

Additional information which you can mention in this essay.
• 1) Private schools, independent schools, public schools and state schools – what’s the difference?
2) Why do some parents choose independent schools for their children?
3) Do you think private education is divisive?
4) Is there equal opportunities in the choice of schools for parents and children?

Some points
• Discuss about freedom of choice and individual liberty about school choices (philosophical perspective)
• Lacks details knowledge of the diversity of school in private sector (sociological perspective)
• Discuss if a child only is individual or member of family. Look at from sociological perspective and explain that a child is also member of society. It s important to consider that what is good for others within the society whilst choosing school for each child. Individual choice may not be included the benefit of society from that decision and it s important to remember that government funds schooling not only for child benefit, but also considering universal education for society.
