Using two pre-selected publicly listed family businesses from the stock exchange, provide a critical analysis on their overall performance and suggest possible remedies for performance improvements based upon your evaluation of the firm.

Aspects for consideration should include but not limited to: investment philosophies, succession, governance, financial performance, strategic path, and conflict. Intergeneration transitions, values and overall ethos of the firm should be held into consideration whilst conducting your evaluation.

Essential that ALL arguments are based upon a coherent and synthesized narrative

Use of theoretical concepts, personal experiences and relevant examples IS encouraged throughout the report

write a word report that details a comparative analysis of the two firms along with recommendations on how identified risks and challenges can be mitigated.

Order Description

Read: Formal reports; methods of development; outlining; progress reports; writing a draft

Length: Write precis statements for each of the topics, and submit one document with five paragraphs.
