Don’t conduct numerical analysis without using it to make a concrete decision; 4.) Don’t mechanically apply the Growth/FIT frameworks – use them as a guide; 5.) Don’t provide “pie-in-the-sky” solutions – be practical; 6.) Don’t take a consultant point of view. An entrepreneur makes and implements decisions.
