Compare between two muslim country constitutions. Between the Kuwaiti constitution and north sudan constitution (after break up)
Read the constitutions carefully and pick out articles where islamic law and shariah are mentioned. now read again to understand the nature of the constitutions. are they parliamentary, presidental, monarchy/amiti etc. read the materials and lectures provided on constitutional theocracy and write your opinion about the nature of these constitutions. Along the comparison the essay must answer the following questions:

1- count the times the word Islam, Islamic law, Shariah, Quran, any methheb mentioned in the constitution.
2-President, Prime minister .. are they suppose to be muslim?
3-What are the main constitutional priciples? (Amiri state, presidental, or parliamental)
4-What are the rights stipulated in the constitution?
5-Are there any articles about limitation on the power of the government? (Accountability) What are they?
6- Is there a constitutional court? (Judicial review)

As humans age their flavour sensitivity and other capabilities decline. If these issues are not addressed a consequence may be that their health declines. Outline the issues involved and describe how Sensory Science may be applied to address these issues, so that the diet of the elderly can be both satisfying and safe.

Marking Criteria
The criteria for assessment in addition to technical content will be correct clarity of expression, overall structure of the essay and citation of references.The distribution of marks will be:
• Technical content 40 marks
• Quality of references 20 marks
• Citation of references 20 marks
• Layout, clarity of expression, English grammar 20 marks
