Read the constitutions carefully and pick out articles where islamic law and shariah are mentioned. now read again to understand the nature of the constitutions. are they parliamentary, presidental, monarchy/amiti etc. read the materials and lectures provided on constitutional theocracy and write your opinion about the nature of these constitutions. Along the comparison the essay must answer the following questions:

The criteria for assessment in addition to technical content will be correct clarity of expression, overall structure of the essay and citation of references.The distribution of marks will be:

• Citation of references 20 marks
