Project to take the form of a 8000 word extended critical literature review in the area outlined in the synopsis (please see appendix )

A literature research using at least two databases one being CINAHL. A flow sheet or table demonstrating what papers have been selected and how the process was carried out. Need 10 – 15 papers to be selected.
Why delirium prevention is important to the patient and the finances of the NHS. How the nurse can assist with delirium prevention by using screening tools and implement the tool into everyday routine. The need for efficient screening tool for delirium which is fast and easy to use. enabling the nurse to easily implement into daily routine. The screening tool needs to of been proven to work so the nice guidelines can recommend one or two tools rather than a broad spectrum of multidisciplinary team work to promote compliance and understanding from staff. Tools such as the 4AT and CAM screening.

2: Medical Errors leading cause of death

Order Description

Compose a research proposal for a potential research project. The research proposal could serve as the foundation for an action research project to be completed as part of the requirements for Capstone Course during semester four of the program. The proposal will address all of the elements outlined in Appendix A of the textbook (see Appendix C for an example proposal), include a sample Request for Review submission to Institutional Review Board (IRB), and an example of a data collection tool along with instructions for its use. The research proposal is the subject of healthcare. Proposal is regarding medical errors that lead to death? Way too many people are being harmed by unintentional medical errors in hospitals around the world. Statistics say approximately 1000 people per day. What are the medical errors that are occurring that lead to death and what are the best ways to reduce medical errors?
