include what will be discussed ? general importance of evaluation ? any link to the chapter?why its important to evaluate ?give reference )
add this as The writer has gone through the RCSI Research Ethics Committee process.<< in other words

another pioneer in healthcare quality, defined four different evaluation designs. Selection of the design depends upon the evaluation questions which are based on the objectives of the initiative. The descriptive case design is an observational study that describes the features of a program, policy, or the people receiving the intervention. The audit design is a compliance study that compares what people currently do to what they are supposed to be doing from a standard, policy, or procedure. On the other hand, the before and after design is a prospective study that can be single case or comparative. The single case design compares data of patient outcomes before and after an intervention has occurred. While the comparative design provides stronger evidence by comparing the data between two or more interventions. Finally, the retrospective evaluation design can be one of two approaches, theory testing or theory building. The theory testing approach is a quasi-experimental design to identify factors critical to success. In contrast, the theory building approach involves asking informants to describe the activities and effects of an intervention. (Øvretveit & Gustafson, 2003)

4.3Evaluation Model
Reintroduction of objectives ( see ch 1)
1- By 30th January 2017, there will be a reduction in the time needed in the processing of documenting orders from 30 minutes to 10 minutes.
2-By 28th February 2017, there will be a reduction in medical errors that results from the use of paper-based techniques from 3 in every 10 patients to 1 in every 10 patients.
3-By 30th March 2017, there will be a reduction of monetary expenses used in making calls between departments and buying of recording materials from $100a day to $10 per day.
state how will you evaluate this ( see models example that can be used in the pdf lecture slide)
state why have you chosen this method
state what the literature says about this method analyse and identify your results graphically
after choosing the model ,then under each section bellow mention how you measure it ( verbal feedback observations, audit, questionnaires, and participant clinical notes.) Imaginarary put result numbers ,tables mention qs that been asked in tables parcicipants answers
comment on the result how the writer overcome it

4.0 Evaluation
This chapter provides details of the methods and measures employed for the evaluation and the analysis carried out. Quantitative and/or qualitative data/metrics should be included in this chapter. Reference should be made to the literature associated with your chosen methods. Please note that it is important to that the evaluation should be linked directly to the stated objectives in Chapter 1. If financial objectives have been set they should be reported in this chapter. A brief discussion on the significance of healthcare evaluation should be provided at the start of the chapter.

6.4 Point of View: first or third person construct and gender neutral language
It is common for students to ask whether they should write in the first (‘I did’) or third person (‘this was done’). While there are no definitive rules, it is recommended that students consider adopting an approach that best suits what is being discussed. This can change throughout the report.
Quantitative results are written in the third person. Qualitative results can be written in the first person.
When writing your report, it is important to use terminology that treats different gender equally. To avoid the use of ‘his’ or ‘her’ the plural can be used e.g. ‘Hospital managers have increasingly complex roles; their duties include…’ rather than ‘The Hospital Manager has…; her duties include…’
