Directions
1. Review the IT Online Training Project Requirements and your submission for Assignment 4.
2. Complete sections 1, 2 and 3
For sections 1, 2 and 3
1. Submit a Word document using the Project Part I document outline. The following is a summary of the content of Project Part I for this assignment. See the document outline for additional details.
1.1. Place your name and course number at the top of the document.
1.2. Complete Section 1 Introduction, Section 2, System Use Case Model, and Section 3. Detailed Use Cases. See the IT Online Training Specification.
1.3. Include a list of the actors with their definitions.
1.4. Include a list of the use cases with descriptions/scenarios for each use case.
1.5. For the System Use Case Model include a snapshot/graphic image of your use case diagram from your CASE tool.
1.5.1. Add text that includes your name and course number directly on the diagram.
1.6. Include the detailed use case steps using the Detailed Use Case Template for your 3 selected use cases and a discussion of your detailed use case model.
For sections 4 and 5 of the Project Part I document so that the document is totally completed.
3. Use the diagramming guidelines for UML models described in the Scott Ambler resources in Week 4 Web Resources.
4. Use the natural language technique by looking for noun phrases (classes) and verb phrases for relationships and identify and define potential domain classes. See your author’s videos in Lessons on how to do it.
5. Develop the domain class model including classes, attributes, and relationships including aggregation, generalization/specialization, and other relationships. Use relationship names and multiplicity constraints on your domain class diagram.
6. Develop a domain state model for one of your classes.
7. Provide a discussion of your class diagram.
8. Use your CASE tool to create the domain class diagram and state model.
2: Unconscious Bias
Order Description
In a 1400-1900 word paper, analyze and explain “unconscious bias.” Address the following questions:
1. Define bias
2. Define unconscious bias.
3. Explain how one becomes aware of an unconscious bias.
4. Analyze and discuss how biases manifest themselves in our workplaces, homes, and personal lives?
5. Identify at least two different types of biases that may occur in the workplace – one personal and one organizational.
6. What might cause those to arise?
7. What can be done to identify and prevent workplace biases from continuing to occur?
8. How would you address the individual’s bias?
9. How would you address the organizational bias?
Provide specific rationale for your answers. In addition to the course resources, utilize at least two scholarly sources that discuss bias in that particular work environment.
Remember to include a cover page and reference page. This assignment does not require an abstract.
