D. Identify indicators for training effectiveness on to the four levels proposed by Kirkpatrick: 1. Reaction, 2., Learning, 3. Behavior and, 4. Results. Precisely, identify at least one outcome for each of the four categories for the training at UPS (describe whether or not, and if so how, they were accomplished).

a literary research paper on Herman Melville’s short novel, ‘Benito Cereno.’ The topic is “Babo is a Hero in Melville’s Benito Cereno” The paper should cover augments both for and against this point of view, and either refute or promote these claims using evidence from the text. Find other writer’s claims and use them to support your own. There needs to be at least 15 sources, but upwards of 20 would be better. The sources must consist of both books and academic journals. Online sources are acceptable only if you have reason to believe that bonafide academic experts have written them. They should have .edu at the end of them, for example, and not .org and especially not .com.
