Post is of two assignments
1: Uber Case Analysis
Written Work Guidelines
The content of your report must include the following sections and page limitations.
• Define the company’s business and identify the central issue you see facing the company. The central issue is the performance gap you will discuss and hope to remediate. The performance gap could be declining financial performance, ethical lapses, inadequate execution of new initiatives, operational deficiencies, and the like. Limit yourself to one major performance gap.
• Summary of Company Financials. In one page, highlight the company’s most recent annual performance: sales, net income, costs, debt, etc. You should provide the data and then discuss your assessment of the data. I am looking for your appraisal of the company’s financial health.
• Identification/description of three alternatives to address the performance gap highlighted on the first page. These two pages are the meat of your analysis and reflect your ability to think critically. You should answer the question “what can we do about the problem” in two pages.
• Rationale for selection of the best alternative. With the problem clearly defined and the alternatives posted, select what you believe to be the best alternative to the problem. Your reasoning is critical in this one page discussion.
• Conclusion (1/2 page)
2:Biomedical Ethics in the Christian Narrative
Paper details:
Principalism, especially in the context of bioethics in the United States, has often been critiqued for raising the principle of autonomy to the highest place, such that it trumps all other principles or values. How would you rank the importance of each of the four principles? How do you believe they would be ordered in the context of the Christian biblical narrative? Refer to the lecture and topic readings in your response.
