2:Team-Based Organizations

Conduct research on an organization that has self-identified as a team-based organization. Identify the organization and provide a URL to its website.

Instructions:

1) What characteristics make the organization a team-based organization?
2) What leadership styles are used within that organization?
3) How does the team-based setting affect leadership power and influence within the organization?
4) What do leaders do within this organization to successfully foster teamwork?

Requirements:

* Make sure their is an abstract as well (not to be included in the 4-5 page requirement)
*Incorporate two scholarly references that are not required readings for this module.

•Select a topic within "energy" that interests you.
•Create a design project in a format of your choice, related to one of the course learning objectives:
• a) Understand the use of the scientific method and how it helps people problem solve.
• b) Use concepts in science and engineering to qualitatively describe, and quantitatively estimate, essential features of the world around them.
• c) Define characteristics that are essential to the transport and conversion of energy.
• d) Critically compare and contrast modes of energy generation and usage.
•Upload your assignment as an attachment if the format is supported by Blackboard or submit a URL to an external site for formats (e.g. website, movies, etc.) not supported by Blackboard.
