Brief
The recent announcement by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid that 2015 will be the year of innovation has put intense pressure on many organisations in the UAE to change. In addition, setting the goal of the UAE becoming the number one in innovation in seven year time meant that being innovative should become the norm and the change will not be short term. Achieving success in implementing a new idea (design, process, technology, ..etc) in a project should then be diffused and spread.
1. Your assignment is to develop in depth knowledge through undertaking research of relevant innovation work in your field of research interest.
2. Alternatively, you may elect to investigate the metrics companies use to assess the innovation process.
Guide
In the assignment, you have to mention the aim, and follow a systematic approach to narrow it down. You have to further derive objective(s) of the research. You have to perform a detailed literature review using REFEREED JOURNAL ARTICLES ONLY. Based on the literature review, you need to demonstrate logically, what approach you are going to take and describe your methodology for applying and validating your approach, e.g. developing clear hypotheses. Then you analyse your primary data that you collect using one of the various data collection techniques, e.g. interview or questionnaires, get them presented and discussed. The study then reports the summary of analysis, findings, and some conclusions and recommendations.

As a guide, your report should include the following sections and address the following issues:

1. Abstract
2. Introduction (background, problem, aim, objectives, scope, research questions)
3. Literature Review
4. Conceptual Framework
5. Methodology (Prior to description of the methodology you need to describe, why that particular methodology was found most appropriate for your research) i want you to use SPSS and AMOS structural equation modeling

10. Appendices
