2. Utilizing the model selected for the innovation, create the detailed implementation plan for the innovation. Make sure the plan accounts for contingencies/risks in the implementation process and include realistic timeframe and budgeting considerations.

2. Discuss one concept that stood out to you this semester. Concepts may include but are not limited to: Humanism, Humanistic Nursing Theory, Call and response, Intersubjectivity, Individuality, Interpersonal relationships, Ethics, principles, codes, rights, responsibility, Professionalism, competence, autonomy, etc.

3. Discuss what this concept means and why you it is important in the nursing. Discuss how this concept reflects the value and meaning that you hold with regard to your practice of nursing.

4. Appropriate APA format and references required. This paper should not exceed 3 pages in length.

5. There should be at least 4 references and 2 should be peer review Journals(i.e. AJN, Nursing Management etc.)
