4. Last year, the HIM department purchased a scanner for $9,250. As the HIM director, you were informed that the equipment you bought has depreciated by 15 percent. What is the value of the equipment now?
5. You just scored 18 correct out of a possible 50 on your HIM test. What percentage did you earn?
6. Your clinic saw 145 pediatric in one week for their well-child examinations. Ninety six children received the flu vaccine. Express the rate of the flu vaccine administration in percent. Round to one decimal place.
7. Jeffrey Johnstone ‘s systolic (top number) blood pressure was recorded from March 12 through March 18 at 6:30 a.m. each morning. Present Mr. Johnstone’s data using a line graph that is labeled properly including data markers.
