“The solution to the rising cases of obesity can be increased through both parent’s awareness and education on the best methods of dealing with the cases of obesity. Parents will be taught on the best ways to monitor their children diets to ensure that the feed healthy and leave a healthy life’s. The parents will also be educated on the duration of the children sleeping to reduce the cases of obesity since children who happen to receive insufficient sleep of less than 6 hours a day are likely to become obese. The education will inform parents to reduce their children’s sedentary life while compelling them to participate in activities that are more physical during their leisure time. Since the study is conducted in school teachers will be put into little task of monitoring the feeding habits of all the children in school to regulate the cases of obesity. The cases of screening in the selected children will b done more frequently preferably after period of six months to develop an appropriate monitoring of the obesity cases in the children. The research will undertake the process of educating the children on the best practices to curb the rising cases of obesity.”
