Assignment
This assignment forces you to put together an introduction to your
specific proposal. You can consult your team members; however,
please individually write your own paper. Please include the
following:
– Using the four rhetorical moves taught in class, write an
introduction that includes a background to the project and
list of clients and stakeholders
-The moves need to be separated by headers
Ex:
Establishing common ground
Identification of problem
Analysis of problem
Main point
*Note: This format is just for this assignment. In a real introduction (like the one in your
design proposal) you would not specifically break the moves down like this,
although you will most likely have various paragraphs for the introduction.
– Include the problem definition information and link to
your rhetorical moves!
– Page Limit: Your introduction must not exceed 1.5 pages (1.5
spacing)!
– Bibliography: There is no source limit or requirement for this
assignment. However, . If you are going to use resources for
your introductions, I suggest 1-2 at most. Use IEEE citation
style to format your in-text citations and bibliography
– Upload both your in-class draft and your final draft to bblearn.
