We need 2 cans per student for tomorrows project.Next week we will have a project that requires old shoes-see if any students have some to donate. They need to be large shoes so men’s shoes if possible.If you have not already please complete the Fire Drill. I will printing them and having principals sign tomorrow.The permission slip for the Fall Festival is uploaded to Box as well.Employability–Microbusiness if you have it.We will be starting a new project today-each site will be creating an ebook. We have been discussing reasons why someone should work and now we want to talk about ways to earn money outside of the normal 9-5 PM job. So we are doing that by doing the microbusiness projectand now the creation of an ebook. Each site will receive a topic from me next week. For today –I want you to discuss what an ebook is and have the students create an account on Canva. It should be one log in per site NOT per student. Sometimes in life we must accept help from others or rely on our friends and family for help if we are to be successful. If one person tries to build a house alone, there is a lot of work to be done and it’s adifficult task, but when a whole team of people pitch in and contribute a complete housecan be built in no time.
