Based on the SHRM case study of “The Georges Hotel” and the three scenarios given in it all groups need to prepare an analysis through the use of a poster.

Every group should be able to present the following structure and content/information/data about the company and the three scenarios as follows:

 

  1. ABOUT THE COMPANY

 

  • The Business concept
  • Five major characteristics of the organizational culture
  • Strategic competitive/advantages
  • A SWOT analysis (5 elements for each factor)

 

  1. FOR EACH ONE OF THE THREE SCENARIOS

 

  • What is/are the main problem(s)?
  • Who are the major stakeholders?
  • Identification of causes that create the problem
  • Suggestion of three (3) possible solutions to the problem
  • Selection of the best solution to the problem and adequate explanation
