Guidance on answering the question

The essay should present a concise and cogent analysis of the issues raised by the question.  It should be logically structured with an obvious introduction and conclusion.  The narrative should flow naturally, and it should be clear from sentence to sentence and paragraph to paragraph how each point relates to what has been said before. In answering the question you will have to decide what material it is relevant to include. That will include relevant statue material and case law, as well as academic considerations of the question. We have not provided a reading list for this essay as one of the purposes of the essay is to test your research skills.
