The post has three asighnments

1:Compare and contrast the works of art.

Describe them carefully, with as much detail as you can muster.

Describe the materials and techniques the artists used to create the work

Speculate about the artist’s intentions or reasons for making the work look the way it
does-

Explain how the cultural value system, the religion, and the historical period, can be
“seen” in the works of art.

Identify the sponsor or patron who paid for the work, if there was one.

Identify which ONE of the two works of art you like best. In this section you are
encouraged to use phrases such as I feel or I believe- Explain what attracts you and
why this is the case. Explain, explain, explain – that is, give reasons for your personal
response to the work that you like best-

tour, similar to artworks that surround us today in our culture, from music videos to

average-everyday culture, values, and tastes?

2:Persuasion

Persuasion is the act of trying to change the behavior or opinion of someone using an
array subjective communication tactics. How do you propose that someone can
effectively persuade an individual without using unethical approaches to the argument?

Must have a purpose : Clearly identifies main issues , problems or intentions 2-
perspective : investigates points of view and assumptions . What has the author
assumed about the reader- 3. Evidence Supports purpose with relevant sufficent
evidence and defines concept- Give evidence to support what you believe to be the
purpose of the text. 4- Analysis : Analyzes the consequences and implications of
reasoning – Show clearly how the evidence you have selected support your
interpretation of the text . 5- Decision Making : States the various option of decision
making and chooses a solution . Are other interpretations of the text possible ? Name
one . Concede its significance or refute it – 6. Organization : Introduction with hook
background information and thesis statement – Body paragraphs with topic sentence
and transitions between ideas – Conclusion that summarizes argument and amplifies it.
