Part C. (A.C 2.1, 2.2, 2.3) (900 words)
Write a report that:
? Identifies 3 users of HR services internal to your organisation and for each of them at least 2 key needs
? Explains how HR/L&D can ensure the needs of these 3 service users are prioritised effectively

Be concise (only cover what is specified in the instructions), do not add extra information and strive for quality not quantity, This means you must summarize and edit your paper to fit into the requirements of the report. Further, there are no pictures, graphics, tables, bullets or lists in this report, as described in the instructions.

This paper is not to include direct quotes from the references this includes short and long quotes. what is important is for you to interpret the information and provide an in text citation and reference in APA 6th ed format.
Use an objective tone:
Sections I-V of the paper are to be written in an objective manner, you are researching and reporting what the references state. Do not use “I, you, your, we etc.”.
