Based on the reading assignment for this module, create a set of meeting rules that you would insist upon as a project manager of a large project team for weekly update meetings. You can create a hypothetical project or use one from your business or personal experience.
Be certain to address all three concepts: content (the “what” of your weekly meetings), process (the methods, procedures, format, and tools used to facilitate your team meetings), and interactions (the interpersonal dimension such as communication patterns, group dynamics, and group climate). Create at least 10 rules regarding your meetings and include them in a Word document.
