1: The Europeanization of media policy: who are the winners and losers?

Order Description

How the media system similar to each other? Uk created the first framework – and then Germany adapted the uk’s model. Actors who bring forward Europeanization: Court and Commission prefer negative integration. EP instead fights for ‘positive integration’? Industry: divided by… countries? Or is the main cleavage public-private business? Second point: mechanisms of Europeanization. Legal instruments, benchmarking, transfer-conditionality, ….. Outcomes:…regulatory competititon? Re-regulation? Winners and losers… the counterfactual: how would have the state of play been absent the EU? Sweden is a loser because UK groups regularly bypass Swedish advertising law. Would globalisation have produced the same outcomes?
Also I would like to add some files also because I have compulsory readings to this essay.

2:Homeschooling and Unschooling.

Describe each of these and show how they are same and different by providing specific examples. Are there differences in the types of families that homeschool versus unschool? Aside from religious ones; what are the main reasons why families school their children outside of the traditional classroom? What are the pros and cons of this, in your opinion and based on research? What is your personal experience with homeschooling and/or unschooling? Do you know anyone who educates in either of these non-traditional ways? If money and time were not factors; would you school your children or grandchildren outside of the traditional classroom? Why or why not? Would you have wanted to be schooled outside of the traditional classroom as a child or adolescent? Do you consider online learning at the college level non-traditional learning?
