– write the equation for true cost of pork production
– how is it produced on farm (How much seed per acre, tillage, water use, fertiliser/manure use, pesticides use, market price of output. How much diesel is used per acre in farm machinery, electricity used if any, labour per year per acre, trees on farm if any, output per acre, etc.)
– estimate the social and environmental benefits and costs of pork
