2:Needs Assessment
You and your assigned classmate(s) have formed a human resource consulting company. You have been hired to provide training to the sales force for an automobile dealership. As part of your preparation for this consulting engagement, you and your team members must determine how best to approach the automobile dealership to engage the interest of the decision makers. Acting as the human resource director for your university or workplace, design a new student or employee orientation program to offer information and socialization opportunities for incoming students or staff. Choose similar companies (for instance, three (3) manufacturing, three (3) sales, or three (3) service-oriented companies so comparisons can be noted) to determine the breadth and depth of their programs.
