1: The relationship between risk assessment and risk management?
Order Description
Literature review to critically examine and draw upon appropriate literature to demonstrate the understanding and knowledge of one aspect of risk assessment and management in mental health practice. I chose the topic (The relationship between risk assessment and risk management?) If you suggest something else, please ask me before. You will be required to identify an area of risk assessment in mental health and through using a literature search strategy to identify three research articles within peer reviewed journals. Using a critical appraisal tool to review your identified articles you will critically analyze and evaluate the evidence base surrounding risk assessment and management within your chosen area of mental health. The studies and articles has to be based in the U.K. and no longer than 10 years old. The journals and information has to be recent. I will provide more information. Thank you.
2:Characteristics management
Order Description
Explain the characteristics of a good manager as defined by Jim Collins and are found in his work Good To Great. Identify the basic tenets of Mary Barra’s managerial style. Compare Mary’s actions with Jims work.
In 1980 (while in high school), Mary Barra interned at General Motors (where her father had worked for years as a die maker). In 2014, she was named as Chief Executive Officer of America’s largest automaker. She is an exemplar of the Great American Dream. Mary must have learned a lot along the way that has helped shape her management style. It is your job to… • Explain the characteristics of a great manager as defined by Jim Collins and are found in his work GOOD TO GREAT; • Identify the basic tenets of Mary’s managerial style (giving specific information from her past that may have contributed to each point). • Compare Mary’s actions with Jim’s work, noting where the two align and where they may differ, and • Explain – where there are differences – which one of them got things right (and why).*
