1:Rogerian Argument

1. Define the issue or problem for the reader. Consider providing background information as it relates to the context of the issue.

2. Objectively address one side of the argument and provide two-three reasons why they think the way they do. In this section, use two sources to give ethos to the side. Remain completely objective in your tone.

Requirements:
•250 words (two strong paragraphs)

2:Night diving

Write a 300 to 500-word story about an event of your choice. Explain how you have evolved and changed over time because of that event. Your story should indirectly teach or reveal something about what you have learned from that relationship. Use the story “Night Diving” by Bucky McMahon on page 670 – 72 of The Master Reader as a guide.
