2: Marketing Plan for FUMIN Coating Glasses

Order Description

This project is exclusive in Middle East countries and will starting the marketing, Sales and Installation the fumin coating in Saudi.
The Marketing plan will be on this FUMIN COATING. The project called (Sunfreeze) in SAUDI ARABIA and will start for first year in June 2017, Then in second quarter of 2018 will establish within eastern & Western of Saudi in third quarter.
Thereafter, Will starting in the UEA (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) on the beginning of 2019 and on Doha Qatar on the second quarter of the same year.
Then on 2021 will going to all Middle East countries.
Our target in First year (only 7 months of 2017) Will estimate to sale around 110 tons of liquid =5,500 m2 installed to sale it in Riyadh. 1 ton = 50 m2 installation.
On 2018 will be 150 tons in Riyadh, 100 tons in Eastern of Saudi and 100 tons in Western of Saudi.
On 2019 will be 180 tons in Riyadh, 115 tons in Eastern of Saudi, 115 tons in Western of Saudi, 120 tons in Dubai, 100 tons in Abu Dhabi and 100 tons in Doha Qatar.
Thereafter, will be 200 tons in Riyadh, 120 tons in Eastern of Saudi, 120 tons in Western of Saudi, 150 tons in Dubai, 120 tons in Abu Dhabi and 120 tons in Doha Qatar in 2020 and 2021.
On 2021 will planning to all other remaining GCC countries Kuwait & Bahrain (because it is small countries in may face some issues if we start in beginning), Egypt, Lebanon…
